Ann Grainger, an Associate Broker, has over 30 years of continious Real Estate experience in the Northern Virginia area. Having been a military wife and mother of six with 26 years of military moves, Ann understands the difficulties of moving. Annual trips to Military Posts and Bases in the USA and overseas for 19 years to assist military personnel and their families with their relocation efforts gave Ann the experience necessary to become an expert in the business of Real Estate. Ann's husband, Hal is a full-time Realtor and has assisted her since his Military retirement.
Ann's many awards include Lifetime membership in the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors "Top Producer's Club" the "Multi Million Dollar Sales Club", as well as NVAR 10+ Million Dollar Sales Club.Ann is also a Life Member of Long & Foster's "Master's Club" and "Gold Team".
